Order Processing
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–7 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping (India)
  • We ship across India through Shiprocket's network of trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery timelines vary by location and courier availability.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking details.

International Shipping
  • International orders are shipped through registered international courier partners available through Shiprocket's logistics network.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local courier services.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country's authorities.

Shipping Responsibility

Ancient Tribes' responsibility is limited to processing and handing over your order to our logistics partner within the stated processing timeframe.

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, Ancient Tribes shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, government agencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use this information to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

Ancient Tribes shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or refusal to accept the shipment, the package may be returned to us by the courier partner. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.

Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At Ancient Tribes, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day exchange and return window from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Please note: Products purchased during sale or promotional periods are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags, labels, and seal tags intact.

  • Be returned in the original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Incorrect Product Returned

In cases where an incorrect item is returned to us, verification will be conducted using package opening records and quality inspection footage. The item received will be returned to the customer.

Ancient Tribes will not be responsible for any loss resulting from an incorrect product being returned. Any concerns regarding such cases must be reported within 7 days of pickup.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a request through our Return Center.

Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged products.

  • Incorrect items received.

  • Size-related issues.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, an alternative solution will be offered. If the replacement item has a lower value than the original purchase, the balance amount may be issued as a store credit or gift voucher.

No additional exchange processing charges apply.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or bank account within 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Products returned with missing parts, tags, packaging, or accessories.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by Ancient Tribes.

  • Products returned outside the specified return window.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:

  1. Check your bank account and payment source.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

Self-Ship Returns

In locations where reverse pickup service is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product to the designated return address.

Products should be securely packed and shipped using a reliable courier service. Any instructions regarding self-shipping will be provided during the return process.

Identity Verification

In certain circumstances, courier partners may request a government-issued photo ID during pickup or delivery as proof of handover. This helps ensure a secure and successful return or exchange process.
